We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that final sale items and custom furniture are not eligible for return.

Yes, we stand behind our quality. Most Umbra products include a 5-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. You can cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placement by contacting our customer support team.
